Why do we use so many different tools, like EFT and Clearing Statements?

What is EFT?

I introduced EFT in a video. In case you missed it, you can find it here: https://youtu.be/IwyvVxMyvNo

What is the Clearing Statement?

I pointed to two explanations of the clearing statement when we made use of it for the first time. In case you missed it, you can find it here: https://godbook.de/clearingschapter1

Why do we use so many different tools?

The direct answer to that question is: every tool has its “sweet spot”, and therefore we progress faster and better by using different tools. Yet, that is not the whole truth. We are - or will be - talking about creating our reality. Our thoughts create our reality. Thoughts expressed through words, words expressed through actions is how we create “in this reality”, yet also the thought alone has great power.

The challenge is: I’m not only talking about our conscious thoughts. We can intend to control our thoughts and “only think happy thoughts” and “never think fearful thoughts” - and how well does that work? Have you ever tried to sustain that for a while? A month? A few years, maybe?
That is why we’re not looking for more knowledge, we’re looking for tools that support us in letting go from the subconscious and unconscious what is not serving us.
And we don’t do that by wanting to, and we don’t do that through logic or learning more.

How does EFT work with the subconscious mind?

EFT is a powerful tool for that, as it uses the conscious mind in order to transform the body-mind - the subconscious - in one wonderful sweep.

How does the Clearing Statement work with the subconscious mind?

First, we ask a question that brings up the energy of what is going on – whatever we’re stuck in or what we would like to open up for us. Once the energy is there, we can ask to uncreate and destroy everything that created that and add this clearing statement after: Right and wrong, good and bad, POD and POC, all 9, shorts, boys, POVADs and beyonds.
And here is the magic: The question might come from our conscious mind, yet the clearing, cleansing and tidying up is done with respect to our whole being, conscious, subconscious, and (in certain respects) unconscious.

Do other tools exist that work in a similar way or that support that process?

Yes. There is are two other tools that I’m going to mention here: Access Bars and breathwork. Breathwork is a very broad topic I’ll leave for another day, yet if you practice that or find a sound practitioner to do it with you: amazing.

Access Bars is a process where 32 points of the head are slightly touched (in a small session, e.g. in a business environment, usually for about 20 minutes, a full session is usually 50-90 minutes. The body relaxes, and at worst you’ll feel like after a wonderful massage. At best, your life changes. Because what is happening in Bars is that subconscious clutter is released. That is especially valuable if you change a lot - because that produces a lot of clutter, and the clutter dissolves (for example when we move our body, or meditating, or doing breathwork) over time, yet it times of a lot of change there is nothing as freeing as a Bars session.

Here are two videos talking about Bars. The first might give you a feeling for Bars (there is no explanation for the mind), the second at least seems scientific.

So, what do you do now?

Well, there are three options. You learned something. The bars are the cloth I mentioned in the email. You can be happy that you learned something, know to relax, meditate, take walks or do breathwork when in deep transformation.

Or: you find a Bars Facilitator near you and do a Bars class with them. That is a 1-Day class, in the class you give and receive the Bars-Process two times, and afterwards you are qualified to do the Bars with whoever you like to. You can also find people to “just” give you a session (usually you’ll pay for that), yet a proper tool for our journey in my book is something we own, we can use whenever we feel called to use it, something that is part of us.
Here you can find a Bars Class close to you:

(You click on the blue “More” and then you can filter for country, state, language…)

Or - if you would like to learn Bars (or breathwork) with me - you fill out the following form, and I’ll put you on the list and inform you whenever a space is available that fits your requirements. (Can’t promise it will be soon, sorry.)
